The charges below outline how the charging model changes according to the customer: Joint Venture Partners are Central Sydney Area Health Service (including the United Dental Hospital), Northern Sydney Area Health Service, Western Sydney Area Health Service, Wentworth Area Health Service and the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sydney. Associated Departments and Faculties are any other parts or affiliates of the University of Sydney. External customers are those that do not fall into either of the previous categories.

Booking, Administration, Setup and Testing This charge applies the first time a particular conference is set up, or whenever a site is called which the Bridge has not dialled before ** Dialling Site ISDN call charges are invoiced by the telecommunications provider (eg Telstra) to the site that makes the call. We request that sites joining a conference by ISDN call the AVIT Bridge, so the charges go to the site. This facilitates simpler administration and improves reliability. |
